Shipping: Ships free from our US warehouse to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, where available, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery: Delivered to your property address wherever a standard delivery truck can safely reach. You're responsible for any special unloading or access arrangements.
Returns: Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. No fee applies to items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Parts: Email a photo of the damage to support@backyardsocialhaven.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, and we'll send a replacement part at no cost. There's no need to return the damaged part.
